We had started production of Latex Reclaim Rubbers about an year back. It has been received exceptionally well in all segements of Rubber Industry. The demand for this Grade of Reclaim has surpassed the other grades due to the hike in the Natural Rubber Prices.
It acts as a perfect Natural Rubber substitute due to very high Rubber content in it.
Latex Reclaim is being extensively used in all the Rubber Industries in various proportions to save upon their Natural Rubber costs in the Compounds.
We manufacture the following two Grades in Latex Reclaim Rubbers.
1. “AX Grade” It is available in Lump Form as Sheeting is not possible due to its very high Pure R.H.C Content. It is Wheatish Tan in Colour. Packing is in 50 Kgs. Net Wt. Bags. Its applications are in all kinds of Rubber Materials. Basically is used in practically any & every kind of Natural Rubber based Compound resulting in substantial savings in Compound Costs. Contains very high RHC content ( > 85% ).
2. “XL Grade” It is also available in Lump Form. It is Brown or Golden Brown in colour. It is made directly from PLC & Skim Rubber leftovers in the Centrifuge Plants where Natural Rubber is processed. It has about ( 95 % ) Pure Rubber Content and is an excellent RMA substitute resulting in huge Savings in Compound Costs. It blends perfectly in each & every Rubber Compound which is Natural Rubber based.
