We are the pioneers in the production of White and Coloured Reclaim Rubbers in Northern India. Both of our products cater to a vast range of segments in the End-User Rubber Industries. We have the following 3 grades of White Reclaim Rubber.
1. "FR Grade" White Reclaim Rubber : It is available in Lump Form as Sheeting cannot be done due to its high Pure Rubber Content. Packing is in 50 Kgs. Net Wt. Bags. Its applications are in all kinds of Coloured and White Rubber Materials with requirement of medium to high RHC content ( 65-70% ).
2. "AX Grade" White Reclaim Rubber : It is available in Lump Form as Sheeting is again not possible due to its very high Pure R.H.C Content. Packing is in 50 Kgs. Net Wt. Bags. Its applications are in all kinds of Rubber Materials. Basically is used in practically any & every kind of Natural Rubber based Compound. Contains very high RHC content (> 85% ).
3. "PR Grade" White Reclaim Rubber : It is available in Sheet Form with sheets ranging from 8 to 12 mm thickness. Sheets are very fine in appearance and refined in nature. Packing is in 50 Kgs. Net Wt. Bags. Its applications are in all kinds of Coloured and White Rubber Materials with requirement of medium RHC content ( 50-55% ).
4. "Blue" Reclaim Rubber : It is available in Lumps Form & is very fine in appearance and refined in nature. Packing is in 50 Kgs. Net Wt. Bag. Its applications are in all kinds of Blue, Dark Green Coloured Rubber Materials with requirement of medium to high RHC content in Reclaims ( 65-70% ).
5. "Grey" Reclaim Rubber : It is available in Lumps Form & is very fine in appearance and refined in nature. Packing is in 50 Kgs. Net Wt. Bag. Its applications are in all kinds of Grey, Blue, Green Coloured Rubber Materials with requirement of medium to high RHC content in Reclaims ( 65-70% ).
Our White Reclaim Rubbers make an excellent blend with Natural Rubber. It reduces viscosity, helps to achieve shorter milling time, lowers power consumption and accelerates dispersion of ingredients during compounding, thus providing better quality control.
Even if you are not using Reclaimed Rubber it may be worthwhile to examine the process and find out that Reclaimed Rubbers can substitute some of the polymers being used, because it makes substantial savings in production cost.
